For our weekly cleaning service, we charge £22.50/hr, with a minimum booking requirement of 3hrs, which allows us to attract and retain the very best cleaners in the whole city of London .

As a result, our cleaner retention rates are one of the highest in the city so that our customers do not need to worry about a regular change of cleaner.

As a final layer of a protection, cleanerbizz offers a cleaning Fair-Value Guarantee. This means, if on the exceptionally rare a customer does not believe they are getting fair value, they have the option just to pay what they think it is worth.

What shall I do during the clean?

Whether our customers are present during the clean is entirely up to them. What we do ask is for the cleaner to be given clear space to work during the house clean.

Do you offer Housekeeping as well as cleaning?

Our team will arrive at your property with all the cleaning equipment and supplies that are needed to complete a 5* End of Tenancy clean. Our cleaners have tried every product out there and know what works best for your home. By using their own products, it ensures they are able to complete the clean faster, subsequently resulting in a more competitive price. Although we do accept customer requests to use their own detergents, we are unable to offer our usual guarantee if this is the case.

We offer a 7-day guarantee, which is significantly longer than our competitors. If there is anything missed in the clean, just send us a picture for us to verify and we will send a cleaner back, free of charge to go over the specified areas. Although these call backs are incredibly rare, it provides further piece of mind to customers that they will receive their entire deposit back from their landlord.

You’ll be glad to hear that there are no hidden fees when booking with Scrubs! We are very transparent in our policy and do not withhold any information/ costs from our clients.

For our End of Tenancy Cleans, we usually take a £60 deposit to secure the booking, with the outstanding balance due upon completion of the clean. We’ll issue an invoice upon completion of the booking and a receipt once payment has been made. This way you’ll have physical evidence to show your landlord that you’ve had your property professionally cleaned.

No, all the cleaners need is access to the property at the agreed time and instructions on how to lock up the property when leaving. That being said, if possible, we prefer customers to be there at the end of the clean just to ensure they are totally happy with the service provided. We find it saves both parties time in the future when on the exceptionally rare occasion something is missed and the team need to return.

As long as the estate agents are in the vicinity of the property, then we are happy to pick the keys up for an additional £10 fee.

We appreciate the moving house is a balancing act of many parts, and if one thing falls through you might need to cancel or re-schedule the clean. As a result, we remain as flexible as possible. Just give us 48hrs notice ahead of when your clean is scheduled to start and we will return your entire deposit back, so there is no cost to you.
